Terms and Conditions
Please email SAB lab support prior to sending us any samples for testing, and indicate your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and pricing for your project by signing the quotation forms and returning them prior to sending the samples. All samples must be clearly labeled; with sample name, the date that the sample was collected, and the sample type. Any samples received on a weekend, on holidays, or after hours will be saved in coolers and will be processed on the first working day. Requests for overnight delivery, and sample returns may incur additional charges. All results will be reported to the client at the end of the sample processing time.
1. Payment agreement
Client may pay full processing charge prior to sending the sample. In case you decide to send us a check, make sure there is a charge of $30 for returned checks.
2. Agreement for the term
We’ll be received samples from Monday to Thursday before noon to process them by avoiding weekends, if there is a public holiday hold on to your sample for the first business day and mail it to us (please follow mailing instructions for mailing samples). This agreement will become effective when the SAB lab support accepts the client’s payment and terminated when the SAB lab support completes the service.
3. Terminating the Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, but the SAB lab support is entitled to full payment for services performed prior to the date of termination.
4. Changes to the Agreement
If there are any other events beyond the parties' control require adjustments to this Agreement, the parties should make a good faith effort to agree on all necessary adjustments that are put together in writing, signed by the parties.
6. Resolving Disputes
The SAB lab support like to get the involvement of the American Association of Arbitration (AAA) to resolve disputes between clients first, but both parties should split the expenses pertaining to the case. In a situation where a court action is necessary to reenforce this Agreement, the SAB lab support and the client should be responsible about individual party’s attorney fees and other expenses.
7. Limited Liability.
Client under this Agreement for damages, costs and expenses, shall not exceed the compensation received by SAB lab support for the individual test sample in question. However, SAB lab support shall remain liable for bodily injury or personal property damage resulting from grossly negligent or willful actions of SAB lab support s employees or agents while on Client's premises to the extent such actions or omissions were not caused by Client.
8. Communications:
All notices and other communications in connection with this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered personally to the recipient's address as stated on this Agreement three days after being deposited in the United States mail, with postage prepaid to the recipient's address as stated on this Agreement,
9. No further Partnership with the clients:
This Agreement does not create a partnership relationship. Neither party has authority to enter contracts on the other's behalf.
10. Applicable Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
11. Handling Rush services:
Notify laboratory at least 24 hours in advance of sending a rush sample to confirm capacity is available to expedite your results.
The sample must be received before noon, otherwise the time starts the following day.
A fully complete chain of custody much accompany sample before testing can begin, including signed authorization and reference to a purchase order.
12. Miscellaneous fees:
Hazardous material fees and decontamination cooler fees will be included in the prices given by the SAB lab support.
